School Tours

Elverhøj is a local resource to our community, which includes bringing history to life for children of all ages. We welcome school tours and can work with teachers to help design a learning experience that is grade-level appropriate and engaging. Tours are free for Santa Barbara County schools!

To help with scheduling, please submit your tour request at least two weeks in advance. A few things to note when planning:

• We suggest one teacher/chaperone per 10 students.
• Larger groups may need to start at staggered times.
• School groups are encouraged to bring their snack or lunch to enjoy in the Museum gardens.

If you are interested in touring the Museum with your class, please complete the interest form below and a staff person will reach out to finalize scheduling and send additional paperwork once the tour is finalized.
